Presentations with meineZIELE

 

Developing the structure:

meineZIELE is a very useful instrument for all kinds of tasks that require a structure. It helps you to arrange your thoughts, your duties and responsabilities. It is very suitable for structuring presentations as well. Especially when you are using a projector seeing the structure of  your presentation makes it easier to follow.

How to add pictures:

Adding pictures to your presentation is done by using the '1-click-filing' tool.
It is done in the following way:

1. Click in the line you want to add the picture(s) to. The entry menu opens.

2. Click on the image button (1). Choose your pictures from the now openting file menu. They are added as linked files in the category 'Images' (2). Close the entry menu.

3. To show a single picture click on the 'image' icon (3) . Press 'ESC' to get back to the structure.

 

Start the presentation:

Open the entry menu and click on the first of the pictures. Then start presentation by clicking on the 'eye' button.
In the screenshot below you see the presentation mode: The pictures are shown beside the visible structure.

Click on the picture to move to the next picture or use the buttons to go back and forward.

For an automatic run-through use button (3). To define how long the pictures shall be shown add the time (in seconds, up to 299) in the 'Effort' box (open 'Edit detailed information' in the entry menue).

Change to full screen mode (button (2)) to show only the pictures. Use right click to get to the next picture. Left click brings you back to the split view. To leave the presentation mode click button (1).
