mZ isn´t a big project managemenat system, which You would use to build a new airport.  But if You have to deal with a lot of small projects, mZ is unbeatable.

Why Projectmanagement-Functions?

mZ improves the productity of individuals. But there are no borderlines between individual goals, teamwork and projects. Therefore mZ offers some outstanding features, which normally would be dealt with only by big project management.

• There is a cost side in any project. Therefore there is the budget-view.
• Even in very small projects we should define what to achieve and what to do first. To define date an time is the second step. Therefore we need the timeplan- or Gantt-view
• As soon as we have more than one person involved, we have to think about doing things simultaneously. For this we use a plan which is often called work breakdown structure (WBS) by project management professionals.
• Working on a lot of separated project files requires a multi project overview.
